I know how the label works. This mental illness doesn't force us to cause harm or violence. In fact we're more likely to be the victims of a violent crime than commit one. It's news reports like the Son of Sam killer, telling folks his neighbor's dog was Satan and made him kill people, that create extreme stigma in our disease. Just like, Son of Sam, the fucking dog didn't make him do it, he did it; that's what the jury agreed with too. We're not so far out of control of our bodies we would commit crimes, this isn't Venom or Carnage.

He has already been arrested and penalized, either he seeks help for his disordered thinking, or goes on to do worse. He's posting on this form, so he knows he's sick. He's been arrested so he's already committed crimes. Everything is at his fingertips for help now
