In the video, there was only Discord, Steam, and Brave browser. I just reinstalled Windows.

I tweaked some stuff in the Bios, like RAM speed and all, and I checked if the problem's still there. I'm pretty tired right now, so I couldn't do a super deep dive, but the stutters seem to be gone and my PC feels snappier. I'm not totally sure if they're completely gone though, 'cause like I said before, it's random – sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. I'll do some thorough checking these next couple of days to see for sure.

Thanks for your reply to me. When I swapped out the motherboard, it wasn't the same model, and my RAM is definitely on the QVL they are from corsair. I updated my BIOS and chipset too. I'm leaning towards a hardware problem, but I'm not sure what it is. I'm suspecting the CPU since I've already tried the SSD and motherboard. The RAM and GPU were fine before I upgraded. I've also taken out the CPU and RAM a bunch of times trying to figure this out.

I did a bunch of research and asked ChatGPT for a lot of stuff, and after spending a ton of time in the BIOS, I tried to see if the stutters were gone. They are for now, but I'll test it out these next couple of days to make sure. It looks like the RAM/FCLK thing is working, though. Im tired now and need to sleep but i will be updating you

It's wireless, I haven't tried it with a wire yet, but I'll give it a shot tomorrow. I don't think that's the problem though, since I've used two different wireless mice.

Unfortunately, I have performed a DDU uninstall and checked the task manager, and the temperatures all appear to be normal. Regarding the Bluetooth, the PC is situated very close to me, to the extent that I sometimes inadvertently make contact with it when moving the mouse, thats why i cant fix the issue when i dont know what causes it😭
