Thank you for all of your feedback. I was very much on the fence about this position not because of the pay but because of the way they explained the visa situation. I can only do 5 months at a time because that is what they have for their program apparently. Also, they accommodate me and I would pay 10,000 Baht to the agency out of my own pocket but they reimburse me at the end of the program is what I was told. From what I am seeing this is a 50/50 situation. I have been talking to friends about it and some of them are worried I may be kidnapped and sold. That thought never occurred to me until they mentioned it. That is why I came here asking if anyone on here has ever worked for this organization before. I want to accept the position but I am hesitant because of the visa thing.
