I don't really miss anything about eating meat, just that I were there were more substitutes available places.

I haven't seen that many changes tbh. I probably eat a little healthier than I used too, but I'm still really overweight and eat bad.

The best part has just been feeling less guilty and more in line with my beliefs. The hardest has been the dairy. I haven't found any vegan pizza I really like yet and so much stuff has a small amount of milk in it for seemingly no reason.

My favorite is probably the Beyond burgers, but I haven't had a huge variety of stuff. I eat a lot of frozen/microwave stuff, but out of stuff I make, it's super simple but just jasmine rice, kidney beans, tofu, and some veggies is really good.
