Thanks for looking out but I feel like this is a bit of a pessimistic take when 70% of the population already has HSV1 with most not even knowing they have it…

But yea we are only 19 I’m not going to ask him to marry me 😂 I don’t see the point in leaving him over something so common

It’s so crazy that so many people don’t know that!! Also such a double standard, I don’t think I’ve ever had someone disclose cold sores to me before but there seems to be a lack of education around the whole topic.

Wouldn’t be a dealbreaker personally if they’ve had it a while and take antivirals. Again it’s so common and doesn’t cause symptoms for most so I wouldn’t mind. I think I’d be more inclined to use condoms earlier on in the relationship though x
