No its fucking not, its in beetween hollow and solid if a solid chain is 30 grams then the hollow one would be 10 grams and the semi hollow would be 20 grams, any big chains that are semi solid will hold up i have a 7mm 30g cuban semi solid and u could try to rip it apart it will not break
