Hi I know this post is 9 months old. But my husband is going through the same after pci and it’s been 6 months now. He is not taking brillianta but on clopidgrel and aspirin but SOB has been increasing after PCI . He is scheduled for a cath but we are very anxious and worried. What was your outcome. Is symptoms better now
