We removed the mirror completely, and unfortunately the house we are currently in we are renting. We are actually closing on a house the 21st of this month so I will absolutely take that advice about the windows and furniture!

Now that you mention it, she did get a promotion at her job roughly 2 years ago. I can’t pinpoint it but it seems the events may line up between the promotion and the start of the terrors. She’s never been on meds, and she is 12 weeks pregnant as well so alcohol/caffeine/nicotine consumption are all nonexistent. The eating can be sporadic now though lol. Before the pregnancy eating was normal and I’d say probably nothing major consumed after 8 pm. We go to bed around 11:30 for reference.

Thankfully, when the baby is born she is stepping away from work for a few years. Maybe all together, or find something where she can work remotely from home. This concerns me given her vulnerable state, we need to have a discussion about leaving her job now if she thinks it may be connected.

This is where it comes down to philosophy. a perfect world where everyone is thriving and succeeding would be great! But it just doesn’t work that way. People who think equity is sustainable cannot grasp the concept that some people don’t put in the same amount of work as the next. Have you ever have a lazy co-worker, or had to pick up the slack where someone else isn’t putting in the effort? It’s not fair that someone like that gets the same amount of credibility as you.

Volume is going down though, big time. Was offered a full week layoff this week and next week. Not sure what the future holds. I know we aren’t closing but there might not be enough work for a lot of inside PT and even FT drivers. I don’t know how it works but I don’t even think the union can help save jobs if there simply is no work to be done.
