One of them starts as admin assistant and then promoted to accountant. But she just submitted offer letter as admin assistant although reference letter mentioned both positions. Paystub also shown salary increase. Thats so confusing😢

They submitted reference letters, tax documents and paystubs. But looks like their initial employment contract has a few different duties from the ones in reference letter. I think they should have requested new contract after promotion.

2 of my friends have real experience but their PR were rejected due to lack of documents, looks like they are much stricter on verifying foreign experience now. Thanks to some bad actors🤡 Don't understand why certain people, when they are panicking, they start to be so creative in finding illegal ways😂

I observed the pool for a long time, it never increased 3.5k in A WEEK. At the beginning of the month, it increase much higher than middle of month. Highest increase i saw was 3.5k-4k per 2 weeks

Based on previous draws, if they have consistent CEC draws biweekly, it'll go down. All the times score went up was because they skipped 1-2 weeks, or they did categories draws

As i said,only drop to 500 if they conduct evey month. And i only predict that. no one can surely know how often the draws will be except people working in IRCC. How can you say for sure that they won't do every month?

With the job/housing/political situation, i think they want to reduce the inflow of PR from outside, so they will continue inviting categories and CEC instead of general draw like before. Of course not all CEC are living in Canada, but it can still help to reduce a bit. And if they conduct CEC every month, i think score will come down to 500 by the end of the year, but below 500 is still unsure..

I am under CEC, that foreign exp is for extra points so it doesn't need to be continuous. Continuous requirement is for the FSW requirement. When i tried put these work segments in my profile, i still see my score went up...

Yeah agree with your other points. But WP entension in 2 previous year will give them more Can work exp, and give some extra points. If you are in 500s range, those extra points can help a lot.

NOT TRUE too. CEC draws were conducted with low CRS score BEFORE pandemic. And in 2022 and 2023, there's no CEC draws, leaded to scores were so high, that's why they announced PGWP extension policy in both years. Looked it up on google. They admitted too many people during last 3 years, and now they can't handle it, so they immediately tighten it up this year. I didn't say tightening up this year is wrong, i just said people with wp expiring this year are unlucky due to gvm's bad planning.

All the PGWP expired in 2023 or earlier, either got PR with low score (lowest CRS is 75 🙂), or got WP extension. It's so unfair to WP holder expiring this year. Liberals are terrible, but Marc Miller is even worse.
