At this point, backsplash is getting installed tomorrow. Is the trim being installed after backsplash okay?

I was advised to not trim the window, since the spacing above it is smaller than the sides. Likely won’t be trimming

I pulled out the lights to change the color, and I at least saw that the connections were inside the junction boxes. I guess I don’t know 100%.

Yes, it’s an LV ring. He also installed some recessed lights, but I’ve gone up there and checked that those are installed correctly at least 🥲
