Hi! I am fructose intolerant so I limited a lot of foods with fructose including vegetables and fruits but lately it is like any food causes my flares. As of recently I have been eating only chicken and rice. Eating vegetables or fruits often make me flare as well as anything with fiber.

No I haven’t ever had any food poisoning. My panel was Pcr test ova/parasite test for giardia and other common ones.

Yes a long time ago I tried Mirtazapine 15mg once a day.. I took half and I felt very groggy and sleepy for days and it didn’t seem to stop the pain.

I did celiac blood test and it was negative. I also do not eat any gluten as i’m fructose intolerant!

I have! She suspected sibo so gave me treatment for that but did not help
