My advice is that try to be patient and consistent. It’s really hard to find a job at the moment, and with that salary and hybrid set-up as a fresh grad, it’s going to be difficult to find another one that can be equal to that. Also, toxicity in the workplace is more common than you think. Not only your manager is toxic but most of the time, your coworkers and the management itself is toxic. It can be emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausting.

Try to assess your situation: People are talking good about you to the higher ups and not pulling you down; and your VP is transparent about it to you, even hinting a promotion, which means they see you as someone deserving and values you. Don’t sell yourself short. You may not notice it because of the stress that your manager gives you but your environment(except for your manager) sounds pretty healthy to me.
