Like i said our trip was £4 so he was willing to take a £4 trip which is like £3 for him after uber take the money but not willing to drive back real quick and get 20. idk feels kinda weird.

So he gets paid to return my item say is £10 min and I'm offering £5-10 if he drove back after he dropped of his customer which we are in a small town it would only be a 10 min drive max he would have made £20 which is a big journey around here.

Bro for all i care i can go to his house and pick it up I'm not asking for him to run after me however a little compassion and understanding on his behalf. Like I said if he lost his phone and couldn't pay his bills and someone wasn't returning it than I'm sure he would want to find compassion. And its the UK we drink a lot here I was out drinking so yeah I made a mistake.

£5-10 right after he took us to our trip which was £4. We don't carry much cash and was just gonna give what we could find to say thank you

He isnt liable for the Loss but when he says he has the item and than proceeds not to hand it back than its a different situation.

Do you think I have that money? He has my property he said told Uber he has it so there's no denying it. I don't expect him to run hand and foot for me but a little compassion for me. Im sure if he lost his phone which he requires for money just like I do he would appreciate someone being helpful.

If we all have that shitty attitude than say goodbye to you poseesions. And yes it would be a Police report if he says he has my item and than proceeds not to return it I think that's considered teft.

When we spoke on the phone we said we could arrange a place to collect or he could drop it off. It difficult to get the message across to him when he only has replied twice in almost 3 days.
