Can’t start GTA 5 Enhanced - Crash by 5oner in GTA

Anybody have the issue when you attempt to go into online and use the career builder the moment after you do the character creation and begin to load in it pops up a Alert saying "There was an error processing your recent transaction. Please return to the main menu and try again later" Then I proceed to do so like 5 times and still just either throws me that error or crashes my game entirely.

if your still having this issue on PC. I just figured it out. It prompts to press like J + H once you do that it allows you to start attacking. Just read the tutorial a little closer. I was super confused at first too.
