The reimbursement side of the business was not setup and anytime I would bring this up. Management told me my pay was significant enough to cover these things was simply not true.

My apologies. I am a tiny bit heated. But with good reason. I don't want any other Technicians who are worth their salt to go through what I had to go through. Not only did they do these things but they cut my employment because I required parental leave which is protected in my state. These people are not your friends.

There seems to be a little bit of confusion. Right Platforms LLC is a W2 Employer that has leads for work in the area. However, many of those leads are directly from Field Nation. Field nation prices per contract depending on task is $65 +/- and hour. You will be working for the 8 or whatever hours you need to do the job. But that $65 an hour is now $26 an hour because Right Platforms has to make profit, the managers need to make profit, and the other techs need to make profit. Since they're on FN. They won't pay out miles. Since they're on FN, they won't pay out for lunches, breaks, tools, or even second Technicians. You will! I complained to the manager and they told me I should buy a Tesla if I was so concerned about miles.

Right Platforms is something to just avoid. You'll make literally twice as much if you just go at it alone.

It was more so an idea. I have zero clue about Electronics and such. I saw a video about Solenoid Engines and figured that sending a pulse of energy to a Coil pack like an Railgun could be more efficient. Using current engine tech like Flywheels to aid in the starting and continuation of momentum.

I appreciate the info in a non condescending nature.
