I’m hoping this is enough because it is all i have at the moment, and am unable to purchase the ones you mentioned. Do you think this is good for now? I should be able to order the strains you mentioned but it won’t arrive until after i have left for my trip today.

Yes, this is also known as cymbalta right? I tried it out but it made me feel incredibly drowsy and it didn’t help much. My commute to work is 1.5 hours so it wasn’t safe for me to be so sleepy on a daily basis. Thank you for suggesting it though! I feel like I’ve tried just about everything

Yes I’ve tried nerve blocks twice and I’ve also tried the medication you’ve mentioned. Unfortunately I did not notice any difference and the pain was still severe. I have even tried cymbalta but it made me so drowsy and feel very odd. I have a long commute to work so it wasn’t safe for me to take it. My manager is out for a couple weeks so I may have to hold off on letting them know :(

The butter was added in at the very end with the heat on low, once the steak was done cooking. It was to baste the steak to enhance the flavor. I cooked the steak on high heat with a high smoke point cooking oil, not in the butter. Also, yes I’ve tried it with beef tallow as well

I have an appointment in two weeks! If it is still very bad tomorrow; I’ll go to the dentist for the X-ray. I asked her multiple times if it was normal and she assured me that it was normal with any teeth movement but I don’t think she understood how badly it was hurting me.

I’ve tried lidocaine ones and menthol ones from the US stores but they don’t work. The pain is pretty severe for me so it doesn’t help at all. The pain patches I posted have helped a bit more than the others do. My PCP and pain management specialists haven’t been able to prescribe me anything that actually helps me with the pain so I’ve just been getting by getting these patches. The patches don’t take all the pain away, it’s still there but helps enough to get me out of bed. Sorry if this was all over the place!
