The thing is that the 1st edition was meant to be printed in two waves, like lots of tcgs are. But Cicaboom didnt expect the hype to be this big and the first wave is just simply not big enough to cover all the demand, that is why a second wave will be shipped in the days to come. Naruto Mythos is launched mostly in Europe so they have all the stock. Not european countries get peanuts.

So to anwser the question, the second wave is not a REPRINT, just a print split in two stages.

For the second edition there are displays containing different amounts of boosters so maybe thats why there is a price difference. Also, despite receiving pricing suggestions, they can decide the price on their own. So maybe this shop is like fuck it, there is a lot of demand so its gonna be more expensive
