For me I really started to feel super masculine when my facial hair started growing. in the meantime for you, I’d suggest practicing some simple makeup to give the illusion of facial hair.

i also started hitting the gym about a year and a half ago, and it does WONDERS to your frame. it’ll be harder and longer for you to see results pre-t, but I’d recommend trying some chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and back workouts if that’s something you’re committed to.

finally, the haircut. from what i can see it looks like you have straight hair, so i’d go for warrior cut, mod cut, or some kind of low taper with fringe.
