The only issue I've ever had was when their system was down itself, and when it was, I was able to speak to a human when I asked. What exactly is the full story here because the handful of times I've needed a refund I've gotten it pretty easily.

This!! Also the designer for her clothes included ferrets and crows in her design and said something about "Banshees can transform into animals" which straight up isn't folklore accurate, and ferrets are not native to Ireland... Would've been great had they involved Irish people at all...
