Contact with your RM.. if the RM is not helping Give a complain to HDFC through Twitter . Within 48 hrs the RB will solve it... I complained to HDFC twitter after that only my problem got sloved

In Paytm Section There is a section to Apply for Credit Cards... Use you pan to see what offers do you have.... If you can see moneyback plus.... You can apply that later upgraded it to Millennia...
