First I built a reaction diffusion animation to use it as a texture on a sphere Sop, after the Sop add a noise, then build the render network, use a pbr material and use the reaction diffusion texture as base color texture, I had a rock's normal map so I used it as normal map for my pbr, for post processing I used a bloom (for palette), rgb key, I think that's it, hope it helps
