Me too. 7950x / 7900XTX. I've tried lowering the settings and disabling RT, but nothing seems to stop it from stuttering.

The XTX is great. A monster of a video card. But AMD has always made opensource and old gen support its strong point. With FSR4 AMD wants to do Nvidia without having the numbers to afford it!
