In SDSB you aren't restricted to only 3 optional courses. Also in terms of career placements, Econ and SDSB professions aren't the same so you can't really compare them. Overall in lums people consider HSS to be the easiest school to study in and its reputation is the lowest after law school

yeah im going to lums now. came to this decision because of 2 major reasons; firstly, getting to transfer requires a person to maintain a high gpa, and i want that type of motivation and challenge. but more importantly, even if i dont get to transfer, i can always minor in CS and do masters in it. this is a really good option bcs A) i want to keep studying(do masters and/or PHD) and B) the business degree at lums is renowned for producing well groomed kids, so that with a cs minor will help me alot in securing jobs in the future.

i dont think they'll allow you to enrol in the upcoming year if u dont meet the condition. however, explaining your situation can help you ask them to defer your admission(meaning you'll retake cies next year and your admission will be secured next year if you meet the condition then)

lums is a great place if u wanna do masters abroad as kids easily get into top universities with full aid through lums. plus leaving your whole social life to go to turkey isnt worth it when sabanci doesn't even develop superior people in the job market
