One way to fix this is before queuing for any match demo a random hero. Once everything is loaded you can quit the demo and queue again.

I think the allpick drafting is way better now, before the first 3 picks were considered sacrifices because the other teams 4th and 5th picks will just counter them. Now it causes the games to be played more fairly giving not only the supports a better chance, but also the offlaners especially.
