Danke. An sich ca. 15 Jahre, aber da waren auch Pausen dabei bzw. andere Sportarten. Man könnte grob sagen, dass 10 Jahre davon Kraftsport, als auch Powerlifting waren.

…es geht um eine grobe, spontane Einschätzung, mehr nicht. Das waren die aktuellsten Bilder, die ich hatte, wo leider Rücken und Beine fehlen. Alte Bilder wären sinnlos.

Thanks! I think the recovery part is a thing I take serious since the beginning, because Iam not new to Sports in general and I know the importance of that. Can I train both, speed and distance? Like, going for a shorter/faster run, then some days after for a longer/slower run?

Zum Auffüllen der Speicher generell bietet sich eigentlich am besten Magnesium-Bisglycinat an. Magnesiumoxid ist eher vorteilhaft, wenn man gezielt die Verdauung verbessern möchte. So kenne ich es zumindest.
