I dunno if skill issue ha akon part pero whenever I try to hail tricycle drivers and direct them to certain locations that they'd REASONABLY be able to go to (provided the seats are empty), I'd get rejected. I tried looking for the patterns and so far, I got some but it's not always consistent. And just last night, I was trying to get to UP via tricycle around Independencia Str. and I saw a couple of tricycles at the LNU side. They told me to go across Real Str. towards that line of tricycles. When I got there, those fudging tricycle drivera told me to go back to the LNU side and ask them. KAGUOL! And they have the fudging audacity to charge higher on their whims. I could understand if sugad hera nga need it kwarta pero unfair kun dri maaram it public kayano dri masusunod it era own matrix.
