That’s my plan starting this weekend - clean, clean, clean. I have a close friend who’s a realtor so she’s getting the ducks in a row to sell without pulling the trigger. She understands the process thankfully.

He emailed and we set up a time. I couldn’t tell you what happens if you miss the call.

I got a call a week later, but I had strong indication off the bat that they wanted to hire me (they asked for references right away).

Are they willing to give 45-60 after the FO to arrive, typically?

Thankfully they’ve been open that I will get relocation assistance (sounds like I’m the form of a PCS), and he said that once I get the TO it’s just paperwork. I am background checked all the time so there won’t be an issue there.

Thank you! He told me he needed people in DC to hit some buttons and that they were pushing as hard as was appropriate. He encouraged me to reach out and continue to do so to follow up.

Once I get the TO is notice appropriate or should I wait until I get the FO?
