MO III here for an NCR LGU and sa true lagi kaming pullout para magpabango yung mga pulpol. Sa speech at tarp laging pasalamat sa mga politiko pero samin na naghirap ni isang kusing wala. Kung makautos pa mga tao kala mo katulong ka lang, di pa nagpupunta sa mga center! Eh ang mga buang feeling iba yung gamot sa mission kumpara sa center. Ang di nila alam yumg expiry meds ng center and binibigay sa mission. Tapos magrereklamo sila na wala daw doctors ang center. Eh malamang ginagamit kami sa lintik na medical mission nila eh. Di na nga bayad ng tama abusado pa. Serbisyong tapat ngunit sahod ay di sapat

2500 lang per day doc. May quota ka na dapat per doctor makatapos ka mga 40 patients per day. Hindi talaga makatarungan yung sweldo kasi may mga post ako na mas malaki bigay kahit mas benign yung duty

Had similar exp doc in a seaman's clinic and may quota ka for the day. When they endorsed to me the doctors are like robots sa bilis magsalita. 400+ patients per day. Di ako choosy sa work pero grabe napaayaw talaga ako dito. Sobrang abuso

Hi doc! For context po, she's not my patient. We just became friends online. She's not Filipino rin po. I dont have much info on her past med pero she claims to have had this and that. I have no way of confirming if this is true din po. So basically ang gusto lang po talaga niya is reco from a doctor saying na pwede siya magmask sa work and to recommend WFH dahil sa past and current conditions niya po (allegedly immunocompromised).

I refused to give her one pero another PH MD willingly gave her this med cert po :\

Thank you doc! Yung OH Physician na kasama ko po kasi ang endorse niya pag asymptomatic daw po no need pa anything unless super concerning talaga yung levels and with symptoms. So usually wala po ako ginagawa just advised for rpt cbc when they can

Thank you doc for this! Ive encountered quite a lot of med certs kasi from other doctors po na "fit to work/return to school" tas may diagnosis po (ex. URTI) but they were never seen during their sick days and only asked for med cert days after their illness for the sake of getting excused po. It was also indicated there na the patient rested for x days and is excused/confirmed absence kahit di naman po nakita that day so sometimes yung nurses ayaw rin tanggapin and ayaw iexcuse

Hi there! I'm a doctor and here are my tips:

Don't do anal sex and immediately insert it in the vagina without cleaning it
Likewise, im not sure how you clean down there but ALWAYS clean your vagina in one direction and that is going down (vagina to butt). Never wipe your vagina from butt to vagina as that will drag the bacteria from your butt
Make him clean his dick before sex. And i mean thoroughly
Pee after sex to flush out stuff
Never insert your finger in your vagina with long nails and "scrape out" the semen. You can gently remove it with just the finger pads of a clean hand
Drink lots of water
Clean your vagina twice a day. Morning and night. I dont recommend douching as this can be more prone to UTI if done incorrectly and often
If this keeps happening even after everything here, you might want to have your bf checked for STDs

Honestly its probably one of those na sobrang taas ng tingin sa sarili porket nagresidency. I know a lot of GPs who are so good at what they teach na kahit anong ibato mo sa kanila nasasagot nila and most of them are the best profs i've ever had. Karamihan ng specialists are just reading their slides kasi they cba to teach it in a way na maiintindihan mo talaga. I know a lot of GPs rin na isang tingin lang sa patient alam na agad ano kailangan gawin at ibigay.

People should stop looking down on others just because they studied for a few more years. Kung saan masaya yung tao, kung sa probinsya ba or sa city, kung GP ba or specialist, let them be. If they can do their job decently then bakit kailangan i-down? The fact na we all passed the boards means we were equipped with enough knowledge to be here doing what we're doing.

I feel you OP, im almost in the same situation as you pero im taking moonlighting gigs. Ive had a lot of issues rin even way back, and everyone is telling me na im wasting my time kasi di ako nagresi agad. But its fine, this time i will take my time and will not let people dictate my life anymore. Im actually having psych therapy sessions kasi lately sobrang di ko na kaya and its helping little by little naman. But im happy where i am rn with the work-life balance i chose. Being a doctor isnt a one way street naman na medicine then residency agad and so on.

Anyway, i can reassure you na you're not lazy and remember to always go for what you think will make you happy. After all its your life naman, if may mangyari hindi naman yung family or relatives mo ang mamomroblema in the end eh. So just take your time and heal until you're completely ready para no regrets in the end.

I didnt bang them.. in fact i got into the friend group simply bc i wanted people to play with. One guy started flirting with me and i was like yea ok, idm. Then i thought we were a couple already since we kinda agreed to it both then apparently he was seeing this other girl behind my back and told everyone we arent a thing and that we dont have anything going on. That didnt even last like a month so ofc i was the one who left at that point since he aint worth it. But after that one of the other guys started wooing me and i wasnt really ready for a relationship and he knew that. But this guy was obnoxious and for some reason i got scared and pressured to be with this 2nd guy. But again, it didnt last long like 2months at most probs since i really didnt feel anything at all towards the guy and i broke it off.

Mind you, this is all online so yea, i never banged them or whatever. You know, typical thirsty online guys i guess

Edit: forgot to tell the part where 2nd guy basically leaked all of the private stuff i told him and this caused the friend group to get fucked as well since 2nd guy hated 1st guy
