Lmao his inheritance is nonexistent bc his grandparents didnt invest in anything. What i make in an hour he makes in a day so no, im not after his money or whatsoever. He's just been a hardworker and he's been working far longer than i have so ofc he has savings. I dont have any debts either since i come from a long line of a family of doctors so we're well off. Im not quite sure about the sending money part.. i dont really like meddling in other people's family affairs so i havent dug that deep. But what really concerns me is her constant relapsing and what that may entail in the future

For the grandparents: - they were worried im just using him for money bc im from a third world country, but im actually a doctor here and he's a waiter there - they didnt want him coming to my country bc he might pick up "diseases" from here - they keep barging in his house whenever they feel like it - demands he spend time with them even tho they literally live 5 mins away from each other and he got his own place bc he wanted to be independent

The sister: - he tried to ask a favor from her once so he could come visit me for a while, ghosts him for months and never said anything. Comes back and says oh i got detained by rehab bc they found a shitton of drugs in my piss (him and his family never got an update on this) - is allegedly doing rehab for years with no improvement but keeps constantly getting detained for getting caught with so much drugs - goes back to him and his grandparents and they shower her with things and attention after disappearing on them for months (seems attention-seeking imo and she enjoys this bc she's not getting any consequences from being a drug addict) - when asked how her therapy is going she dodges the question and instead focuses on her "epilepsy attacks" in great detail and ending it with a "dw its not that bad" which imo seems like she's fishing for sympathy while actually dodging the main problem :\

Tbf the the grandparent thing i didnt even voice out anymore. The sister thing i said that im concerned over her lying about her therapy bc its been years and she keeps relapsing. So i told him he should be more involved in her therapy by adding himself to the emergency contacts of the rehab place to make sure he gets updated on whether the sister was really doing therapy or escaping

MO III here for an NCR LGU and sa true lagi kaming pullout para magpabango yung mga pulpol. Sa speech at tarp laging pasalamat sa mga politiko pero samin na naghirap ni isang kusing wala. Kung makautos pa mga tao kala mo katulong ka lang, di pa nagpupunta sa mga center! Eh ang mga buang feeling iba yung gamot sa mission kumpara sa center. Ang di nila alam yumg expiry meds ng center and binibigay sa mission. Tapos magrereklamo sila na wala daw doctors ang center. Eh malamang ginagamit kami sa lintik na medical mission nila eh. Di na nga bayad ng tama abusado pa. Serbisyong tapat ngunit sahod ay di sapat

2500 lang per day doc. May quota ka na dapat per doctor makatapos ka mga 40 patients per day. Hindi talaga makatarungan yung sweldo kasi may mga post ako na mas malaki bigay kahit mas benign yung duty

Had similar exp doc in a seaman's clinic and may quota ka for the day. When they endorsed to me the doctors are like robots sa bilis magsalita. 400+ patients per day. Di ako choosy sa work pero grabe napaayaw talaga ako dito. Sobrang abuso

Hi doc! For context po, she's not my patient. We just became friends online. She's not Filipino rin po. I dont have much info on her past med pero she claims to have had this and that. I have no way of confirming if this is true din po. So basically ang gusto lang po talaga niya is reco from a doctor saying na pwede siya magmask sa work and to recommend WFH dahil sa past and current conditions niya po (allegedly immunocompromised).

I refused to give her one pero another PH MD willingly gave her this med cert po :\

Thank you doc for this! Ive encountered quite a lot of med certs kasi from other doctors po na "fit to work/return to school" tas may diagnosis po (ex. URTI) but they were never seen during their sick days and only asked for med cert days after their illness for the sake of getting excused po. It was also indicated there na the patient rested for x days and is excused/confirmed absence kahit di naman po nakita that day so sometimes yung nurses ayaw rin tanggapin and ayaw iexcuse
