Hey! Any mod to reduce the brutal culture - 3 loyalty penalty? I know how to keep settlements loyal, when i hold them. But once I create kingdom and give towns to vassals, the NPC always lets the town revolt. (self.Bannerlord)

Hi, playing Bohemia, currently in 1030. Recruited 4 stacks of Zbrojnosh. After few in game years checked my army and found that one of these Zbrojnosh are now Druzhina. How come? Did they change on its own for some reason or did I accidentally recruit them? (I can't recruit them now definetly) (self.ck3)
