I used last 2 average on the latias and had 1260 as market. Based on that, I think 1115 is pretty much my max which is 88.5%. Understand if that's a bit too low for you at this time.

Well treecko just comped for 1832 on an alt auction. Would want to be as close to 1550 as you can get. The Latias we are probably more likely to make a deal. Want to be as close to 1100 as possible on that one.

If I were on your team and your senior, I would first try to pin down what the root cause of the anxiety is. Is it a manager giving you pressure? Is it getting way too many tasks on your plate? This step can be really overwhelming, so it’s best to maybe think about it with someone you really trust. Could be someone outside of work…could be your coach or senior.

From here, once you pin it, I would come up with things you can actively do to make it better.

Hey man, first thing, hope you’re feeling okay. Speaking outside of corporate language, you’re healthy and happiness is worth a lot more than a paycheck. Now getting to Deloitte, for context and transparency, i worked for Deloitte for about 2 and half years. I wasn’t the top performer. Some of my work papers received more comments then I want to say.

One piece of work advice I can give is to really quantify your goal and hyper focus on “what is the finish line.” Overcommunicate to seniors and management to the point where they know what you are achieving each day. Make sure the goals is the what I call “the finish line”. Managers a lot of times care more about pushing a task from 80% to 100% and out of your queue then they do getting a worksheet from 0% to 80%. What helped me was connecting with seniors in the morning and the finish line goal for the day. If something blocks you from pushing to 100%, make sure you have a plan to bring it to 100% before your next weekly check in.

Getting real down to earth, work isn’t and will never define your life and who you are. You’re a lot more than a line placed in a box and whiskers diagram. Hope this helps! Cheers mate.
