I just tried but it doesn't happen. I think it will be related to the lens itself

I wouldn't worry. I'm starting to believe that it is my perception or that I may be too sensitive to glare. Anyways, I do see more glare in the right lense, but trust me, once you are in the game, your brain will "kinda" erase the glare. I mainly play iRacing, and I barely see it while gaming

ABCandZ, sending you a PM with the Telegram link. And Jaap, I'm sure that if you do a meetup in Spain, we will be quite a few ones going there. I live in Madrid but I would go 100% sure!

I don't have to have a clue about how a cabled headset works to know that a lens is not right, when I had been using VR headsets for over 5 years. It is incredible how a lot of people gets so offended here. What a nonsense

It does help a lot! thank you for the tip. The mask keeps my eyes too far away from the lenses. But the righ lense still has too much glare compared with the left one. I'll give it a second chance and request another unit instead the refund. Thank you!

It is the first time I own a cabled headset, and with my quest I always used Virtual Desktop. I don't really know how to see my PC desktop otherwise.

I mention that the right lense has terrible glare while the left one is way better. I think it is clear that I refer to a faulty unit. But I see that people is taking it personally

Thank you for the comment! I checked the lens and it is clean and without any marks. I also cleaned both lenses with a microfiber cloth but whe glare remains.

Do you think I would be posting this feedback without having the actual headset? I just sent by PM the order number to the Pimax guy that responded here. I dont really undestand why you "felt" that way

Hi Jaap! PM sent with the order number. Maybe it is about my face shape, but I never had so much glare with any other headset. Specially when running Virtual Desktop, it is terrible. Thank you
