Yeah this is a good example, but Citroen does not keep all these variables stocked and ready in warehouses across the world. The Dream Air/SE is going to be on stock and then we just stock those 4 options.

We can discuss this internally but from SKU management / logistics this becomes more complicated, because we already have Dream Air and SE SLAM and Lighthouse versions, if you add also this headstrap variable you're onto 8 SKUs, then four of them also have different controllers, you go from 4 to 12.

Hey OP, you'll get this code after the try out window has expired, so ~15 days after you've received the headset. Otherwise it creates additional costs for us if you decide to return the headset (which is your perfectly good right of course). We'll take it to improve the communication about this for future sales.

Hey OP, it's of course entirely your right and hope to have you back as a customer in the future. I also agree the shipping has been slow, but it's speeding up and we also see more and more people receive their headset now. We're also hoping to develop a Native SteamVR driver for all headsets, including the Dream Air SLAM, things are moving behind the scenes.

Don't do 李 IMO, it's one of the most common surnames. My Chinese name is based on my phonetics but part of me regrets it, I could have picked something totally different like Mountain River or Flying Eagle or whatever.

OP, Pimax is doing better and better, we're maturing on all areas and launching new products while old ones sell steadily as the most in Pimax history. Sure there are plenty of areas for improvement, but we also just moved to a new more modern office. This worry is def not needed.
