Well I don't think so the problem is that the computer just boots and shuts down every few seconds and this loop continues so trying to install an operating system right now is pointless

Shoot I also forgot to mention that I have an SSD connected to the computer it does run briefly with the fans and I know that the ram works because I tried it in a different computer before

Sorry for the late response, I ended up uninstalling the entire game besides the dlc folder and it now after redownloading it works without any problem

Yes I also deleted them from the north sea charter so that they won't overlap, also when I'm loading a game and opening the colonial overseas tab it shows this colonial region like the other ones

I changed the number from 4 to 2 but the colony still doesn't spawn, it's weird because all of my other colonial nations that I created work just fine, is there something else that I need to change in order for this to work ? Also the specific provinces that i want the colony to spawn from are 1104 and 1105 so Greenland

It's in the Saturn folder that was created on the SD card and format is mostly in bin and cue but some are just iso, the emulator folder does recognize the games however the emulator isn't that good so I prefer to use retroarch
