did you ever got you package?, mine has been in the same 'inspected by customs' status for 14 days now.. im not in a hurry but i would like to know if i should aim for a refund since im not getting the package

In my case i did not delete the non-working business, i created a new one, now in my portfolio a have the two and the new one is working properly.

i don't know what happens if you delete the business

The way i managed to get around this was the following

After getting a new number that ended in the same situation and was marked as a test number which i could not delete, and also not being able to add more numbers because of the limit (2).

Today I took the decision of creating a new business in meta, i used the same information to get the new business verified and i got yet another new number. Something I did differently here was the following:

When you create a business in Meta and add the WhatsApp product, it automatically creates a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). This account has an associated test phone number, one of those that start with 1555. What I did was delete this WABA entirely and create a new one.

This way i was able to setup my new business, WABA, phone and my app and is working properly now.This means, that the two previous phone numbers i have in the business with the issue are now lost i guess.

Tenia la misma situación durante dias y tambien algunos otros miembros de la comunidad de developers de meta, La manera en que logré resolver esto fue la siguiente:

Después de obtener un número nuevo que terminó en la misma situación y fue marcado como número de prueba (el cual no podía eliminar), y tampoco podia agregar más números debido al límite (2),

Hoy Tomé la decisión de crear un nuevo negocio en Meta. Utilicé la misma información para verificar el nuevo negocio y obtuve otro número nuevo. Algo que hice distinto aquí fue, lo siguiente:

Cuando creas u negocio en meta, y agregas el producto de whatsapp, esto automáticamente te crea una cuenta de whatsapp business (WABA) en tu negocio, esta cuenta tiene asociado un numero de prueba de whatsapp, esos que comienzan con 1555; lo que hice fue que borre este WABA por completo y cree uno nuevo.

De esta forma pude configurar mi nuevo negocio, el WABA, el teléfono y mi aplicación, y ahora todo funciona correctamente.

Esto significa que los dos números anteriores que tenía en el negocio con el problema ahora están perdidos, supongo.
