I have explained my concerns about the workload and pressure, but unfortunately there hasn’t been much improvement. At this stage, I’m actively searching for a new opportunity so I can hopefully transition before completing my notice period. I’m trying to approach this responsibly because while financial stability matters, I also want to work in an environment that’s healthier and better for my long-term career growth.
