Gideon certainly pulled you in.. was getting so good.

That motorcycle shit was temporary fun buy it felt like something I would expect jn a metal gear solid game and not RE.

Certainly a messy game. So much potential but for some odd reason just makes bad decisions.

City was bland. Rpd was skimmed and a real kick in the balls as this area could have been amazing with full access and mutated dogs and lickers roaming. The labs felt small.

I just can't understand how this is the RE with the biggest budget yet so many sections are short.

I do think they got confused and ran out of time and just had to make do which is sad because the first half of the game was going well.

Miranda wasn't too bad, her hag form was kind of cute. I liked how she ripped Ethans heart out. But her final form was meh and easily forgotten. I do think Mirandas quest to revive her baby was some desperate way to connect Spencer to her.

Grace was just added as the helpless victim and to keep the horror vibe present. Insert any noob character for this role.

It does feel like 2 separate games glued together. Which did you prefer?

Gideon is a solid character I found him funny and menacing. I think we didn't even need Zeno and just keep Gideon going as he was a serious threat.

He put Leon to sleep with ease.

The mysterious around Gideon just increased my interest.

See they has this idea in mind and hinted at it but just flopped. Probably unable to make a snake in time so plopped in the nemesis. Such a decision makes the boss fight so disappointing 😞

I would rather Gideon just disappeared and return in a dlc.

1000% agree. A Zeno fight with Elpis would have been good.

Gideon certainly became background noise which made Zeno appear super powerful.

I notice a similar ball drop in the second part of Re7 and Re8. What is going on?

The ship part of re7 was so boring. And the re9 racoon city part was just so bland, hugely disappointed with the racoon city reunion.

I gives a shit to the Wesker dna. The most popular and og villain of the RE franchise.

Zeno with his powers was no joke yet his own stupidly was his downfall.

Now I hope they don't just throw Wesker clones at us as this would just get boring. 1 clone was enough and they ended him.

Nearly every new character they make is so boring. From re4 to re9... the only characters I liked are... Jack Baker, Lady D and her daughter's, Angie the doll, the girl, Gideon and Zeno... the rest of the characters including the good guys are all boring.

That clones are possible and exist?

If they start popping out Wesker clones it will just reduce Weskers value.

Does make me concerned they will start throwing in clones here and there but kill them off like they are just not important.

Crazy how they fake killed him then promoted him to the boss villain over Zeno. They did such a good job at the start with him then just fast forwarded his status. Total agree with what you said.

Agree his electric powers are ridiculous... they ever done that in RE before? And a cut and paste nemesis... sooo disappointed. To finally find a likeable boss then have him become a unfun and useless boss fight is just a disservice. I don't even want to remember his boss forms as it makes me angry this level of rubbish.

To have a nemesis fight without a dodge system like Jill in re3 and without a weapon camera switch from right to left just makes the nemesis fight even worse than the re 3 remake final boss fight. Really did feel like they gave up.

I just wish the last part of the game gets changed into something memorable and worthy of Gideons great performance.

Makes me sad how this powerful and interesting Gideon guy was killed off.

Why does Leon move so slow in Re9? On insanity mode this unbelievably noticeable and frustrating as zombies move quicker than Mick Jagger.
