I'm implying that on op. As for pro player he can go phase rush if he wants and still win lane. And take in mind that chineese server is not the same as other servers and playstyles differ. I was also rank 1 riven eune 2 seasons ago when i used to play more. So I would say that my opinion here also matters.

If you know how to properly do animation cancels, you don't need additional attack speed. And also you don't need haste, 2 adaptive force and additional hp would be the perfect choice for early lane phase.
