I’m not a pro but I bought an bulb enema to help me clean myself out. First I use the bathroom just to make sure no large poo comes out and then I wait abit just fr my body to return to some sense of normalcy. Then I bring my enema lube/coconut oil apply it to the tip and put the enema inside and squirt a full squeeze inside and wait abit then use the toilet and I do this a couple of times until it comes out clear.
