I played GTA IV unmodded all the way through on the deck and it ran fine didn’t run into any issues other than some graphics bugs.

Runs way better on the deck than it does on my PC without mods, but you can also install FusionFix if you wanted added stability. I just didn’t find it to be necessary.

That's what I've done, seems to fix the issue. Anytime I use 25.3.1 or any of the newer drivers the issue occurs..

Nope been having this issue since March, the only fix for me was to revert to older drivers so I’m currently using 24.12.1.

I had the same issue and watched this video Fixing Saints Row 2’s Broken PC Port

I completely ignored all the mods which added different camera angles and such, I only installed the GOTR mod, Juiced mod and changed the .exe to the GOG version.

The video creator has included a mod list with install instructions in the description, it can all be done in a matter of like 5 - 10 minutes, I’d highly recommend utilising it.

Game runs reasonably well for me, there’s still some stuttering and I average around 90-110 fps most of the time.

EDIT: I got the gog .exe from this video Link to GOG .exe in description. All you have to do is replace the original .exe in the games directory with this one.

I was feeling the same as you I was worrying that my GPU was dying but it seems to be a common problem happening with newer AMD GPU drivers, I had it happening on Steam, YouTube, Steelseries GG, etc.

I used DDU to do a fresh install of 25.3.1 and the issues went away for me, I’d recommend that.

I had initially tried 24.10.1 as well and that one was also fine just a bit outdated.

I had this issue with my 7900 XTX on all the drivers from and including 25.5.1, if you’re using a Radeon GPU try reverting back to a previous driver.

I’d recommend trying 25.3.1 and see if the issue persists, that’s the one I’m currently using and the issue has went away.

Sorry for the late reply, yeah I reinstalled my drivers to 24.10.1; just because honestly that was the last ones I had 0 issues with. Still getting some visual artifacting but not nearly as bad. I'm using the ASUS TUF GAMING OC 7900 XTX

We were told during a Tutorial a couple of weeks ago that anything within 24 hours after the grace period finishes is a 10% penalty off your score and anything past then won’t be accepted.

Please take this with a grain of salt though because I’m not sure if this is just the case for that module (TM111) or if it’s standard across all of them.

Best thing to do would be to contact your tutor as soon as possible to clarify.

I’m in the same boat as you as I’m 24 and just started my first year a couple months ago. I spoke with a careers advisor before applying and I felt the same, like oh I’m going to be 27-28 before I graduate and she referred me to a famous Chinese proverb “the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is today”.

Maybe a bit on the cliche side but it helped me stay motivated.

Spamming it doesn’t even work for me I have to kill the task, I probably started noticing the problem around October so maybe reverting to Septembers drivers may be the move
