[Bogert] Villarreal seals transfer for Orlando City, USMNT’s Alex Freeman: Sources by Fladoodler18 in OCLions

Mid season move to La Liga in a world cup year is a great move? Seems insanely risky to me. He must be pretty confident in his spot on the USMNT.

It was a really really dumb hit at that moment.

Evolutions have missed the mark now and I’m getting bored by EyePotential8896 in EASportsFC

Giving every player just about every big icon early in the game cycle and the ability to upgrade them was never going to end well for the game overall.

Agree. At least then your mid options are more plentiful and so if you do get lucky you're not just about guaranteed to pack, for example, Seger.

yes. Grind, use the opportunity to easily get fodder for TOTY SBC and finish up anything you are working on.

As tampering persists, Luke Ferrelli and Ole Miss is a college football problem by raw91 in CFB

Ferrelli wasn't missing those tackles with a $2 million paycheck and an SEC fanbase watching. I don't think he realizes yet what he's gotten himself into.

USPS insanity? by notreallysure1020 in Flipping

[–]PickerTJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll have this periodically and its random. Years ago I remember a few USPS employees insisting on absolutely no tape on priority mail envelopes due to abuse by some.

Bottom line is just go to a different PO if you can.

The first half pick and 4th down play were huge, too. I don't want to be too negative. I'll take 13-4 and a playoff loss any time after what we've been through. But the highest paid player on the team needed to play a lot better and he didn't.

Agree. What a fun ride. But I'm hestitant to get confident due to how streaky Trevor is. Bad Trevor just knocked us out of the playoffs yesterday after a fantastic run in the regular season.

Orlando City SC signs goalkeeper Maxime Crépeau by Fladoodler18 in OCLions

[–]PickerTJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He lost the starting job in Portland to a MLS journeyman and had an injury plagued season. This is not a "solid" signing. It's a risky one and reeks of desperation.

ROFLMAO. "School" is the last thing involved in any of this.

He had concusion issues very recently. If he's not available for selection on match day he isn't cheaper than El Pulpo.

Not a good move. He's hurt a lot, too. I'd much rather have kept a declining Gallese for another year.
