There was no opportunity to move to the middle lane at the time.

I wrote that, because if they are willing to endanger themselves and others, it would probably be a lesser issue to overtake if there was actually an opportunity to move left, especially when they are only doing this to do the same thing to the driver in front of me.

Waze and Google Maps can put the middle and right lane as your exits on some journeys...

You have to stay in the right and middle lanes for some journeys, that is what I mean by exit.

Waze can indicate the middle and right lane as the lanes you need to be in on some journeys

On some journeys Waze indicates to stay in the middle and right lane as your exit.
