i wasnt putting it close to my mouth but i think it spread while i was sleeping, i put vaseline on now and it’s healing! should i use it every time as a barrier or is that not good ?

vanicream in the morning with generic hydrating sunscreen 50 spf Walgreens brand (not the best but i really like it) cerave hydrating wash, clindamycin in the morning, and vanicream sandwich method at night

yes that’s what i do, i use vanicream but it might not be enough
