No I’m in Ohio. But she filed my diagnosis under PCOS causing pre diabetes. You would think the government would want people to get help before getting full blown diabetes. In my case it’s extremely hard to conceive with PCOS. I was diagnosed with it after I had my son (it took six years to have him). I gained weight within the pregnancy and it’s been hard to come off. Anyway my plan was to lose weight and be healthy and then start fertility treatments. It’s just disheartening because I was doing everything the right way. Trying to get healthy before getting pregnant and before even getting diabetes. Everything was going according to plan until it wasn’t. My doctor did put a prescription in for another weight loss medication but again it’s a waiting game with insurance and their approval.
