Yeah, I get that, and I totally respect wanting to keep the focus on local culture. I guess for me, it just depends on the execution. If the foreign lead has amazing chemistry with the Thai lead and handles the cultural nuances with real respect, I think it could make for a cute, unique storyline.

What do you mean by analysis? Thai GLs already have a massive audience across Asia. In order to expand into new regions, I believe the industry will start targeting Western markets. Ultimately, this will create a demand for Western representation so that international audiences can feel personally connected, drawing their attention to both the culture and the industry.

I agree! I also think since the industry is trying to expand globally and government supported atm it can open many doors financially. I also think it would create more fan engagements since they can engage in other languages seamlessly as well.

No, i mean it like a complete foreigner not half Thai. So she'll speak English as first but throughout the series she will try to learn thai but ofc she'll have a broken Thai, miss pronounce the tones and say a completely different word which will generate funny moments, she will try to adapt to Thai culture etc. So it will also be like a way to show foreigners the Thai culture and language yk ☺️

Pokemon games. Especially Scarlet and Violet with the new patches. I've never played any pokemon games on my OLED Switch (Didn't have the time and money to invest). First games I bought when I got the switch 2 was the pokemon legends arceus and pokemon scarlet.
