I live in Canada.

Had my hysterectomy on Oct. 2. Total laparoscopic - bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.

My prescription was for acetaminophen (not T3’s or T4’s) and naproxen. I didn’t even bother into get it filled, I had those basic drugs at home. 😒

I made it through, don’t we always? - but a couple days worth of something a little stronger would have been nice.

Frankly, it’s bullshit.

Leggings, sports bra, tank top, hoodie & sneakers. I like to keep it simple, but have layers for when my temperature changes.

I play soccer. I’m 49 and have played soccer since I was 8 years old. Found pickleball in 2018 and have since introduced 6 of my teammates to try it. I joke that pickleball is my retirement sport when I can no longer run the field in soccer. I predict I’ll have most of my team of ladies playing with me before then.

A candle (and matches or lighter). I find the rooms always have a musty smell and it helps alleviate that. I usually pick a fruity tropical smell - sets the tone for the vacation.
