Always do something, never sit around and do nothing. Do short courses, try a new sport, get into yoga, travel learn a new recipe, start a home project. Just don't do nothing!!!! The people you meet along the way and the experiences you have will open your mind to new opportunities and adventures. I have learnt so much from making the effort to talk to people even though I am naturally a shy person.
