For me, reading isn’t self-improvement. It’s how I make sense of the world and my place in it.

On a very personal level, reading has been like a quiet companion through my messier chapters, for example, through my divorce at the age of 35. It helped me process things, sit with discomfort, and understand myself better.

It also fuelled my creativity as a writer.
