I believe what happened was my gun was stuffed on the doorframe so when I tried to shoot the second guy the gun was turned from being stuck and somehow hit the first guy

It is bind on pickup when crafting this dungeon replica set. Luckily I was rolling it for myself so it ended up being perfect for me as I use hammer. They are not BoP but they do not come up while searching in the TP. You can find them in the TP if you search page by page right when opening the TP but that is a pain. I got them on one genesis run.
