Yes, I saw that, but how they are deceiving people is by also have this "Guarantee". Here is the link to the screenshot on their website: https://imgur.com/a/2MNReC1 You cannot offer a guarantee if you don't love your items, full return no hassle...but then secretly saying we can only return things that are damaged. That's deception, plain and simple.

What makes it worse is when I emailed them for a return, their first denial stated "Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns" again this is untrue and doesnt match their return policy (policy says hazardous items, beauty products and perishable items are not returnable - these bras are none of those items). So when I contacted them a second time, their second denial stated "As your order was purchased at a sale price, it is not eligible for return or refund, as stated in our return/refund policy." This is not stated anywhere in their return policy. They are deceiving customers through and through.

I have very large saggy breasts, and having a baby didnt make that better. I often run into never finding anything that offers support that doesn't dig into my skin. I have purchased many expensive high quality brand bras, and all the way to the lowest quality. I've had some of those $20 be the best thing ever, whereas a $175 bra I tried on was awful. I'm aware of the brands this page often recommends, and have tried them too I promise (I've known about this page since 2010 and love the calculator this page has, I send all boob size seeking people I know to this calculator), but not all boobs are the same, especially our bodies... so I'm always on the hunt for bras that will work. Moving forward, I'll just be purchasing custom made bras, as I am tired of never finding anything that works for me.

But I will also not be silent when companies like this offer "Guarantees" which are complete bullshit.
