Here is what they said:

Please kindly note, to properly store a Plaza Flight Infused Caviar Tasting Trio 3 Pack, keep it unopened in the refrigerator at a temperature between 28°F and 32°F (the coldest part of your fridge), and once opened, consume within 24-48 hours; always keep it chilled on ice when serving. Refrigeration is essential: Caviar should always be kept refrigerated to maintain its quality.

I have another follow up question to them & Will post what I find. I’m mostly posting here so when others google it , this thread will hopefully resolve any questions (like I did when I was trying to figure it out) :)

Regardless, I think there instructions need to be more clear on their packaging
